Center for Life

We are currently in the midst of our scriptural funding campaign for the Center for Life, a multi-purpose facility to be built east of our current facility.

This is our mission statement for this endeavor:

God calls us to thrive, not simply survive. Because of God's Love for His creation, He sent Jesus Christ to redeem and save us body, soul, and spirit. God's Word tells us that '...God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him." (St. John 3:16-17) The Center for Life and Renovation Project will enhance our ability to join Jesus in His Holy calling.

Imagine children streaming to the Center for afterschool and after game safe haven; preschoolers laughing and running off energy; hospital workers finding a place of respite and 'thank you breakfasts,' and men and women lingering over coffee and 'God-talk,' goods being assembled for missions, and classes and conferences building the spiritual life of new disciples. Every ministry, even mobile ones, needs a base of operations, and the Center for Life will enable us to expand our ministries to a hungry and hurting world. With the beautiful new schools to the north and the hospital to the south, we become the central point for sharing and showing the principles of God's grace and eternal life.

The Center for Life and Renovation Project enables us to continue and expand this witness, and to be faithful and fruitful for our Lord. We are currently in the 'design phase' of this wonderful project, with ground to be broken for construction in 2010. Renovations to our existing facility are projected to begin in 2009.
